I was a professional basketball player for 5 years until a knee injury changed my path. In my recovery journey, I found the transformative power of Yoga. I dedicated myself to practising Ashtanga Vinyasa daily and earned my certification from Yoga Alliance, USA. Miraculously, my knee healed and is now stronger than ever. I am a firm believer that with consistent practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, anyone can cultivate incredible strength and flexibility in just a few months. My unique approach involves giving each student the attention they deserve, focusing on their individual weaknesses. I have created a theme-based program for every day, with sessions like Forward Bends on Mondays and Backbends on Tuesdays, designed to foster both flexibility and strength for overall improvement.
