I was a professional basketball player for 5 years. My right knee got injured during a game and then I got into Yoga for the recovery.

I started practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Daily and got certified from Yoga Alliance, USA. I have recovered my injured knee and it's much better than before. I can assure everyone that following Ashtanga Vinyasa Yog, One can develop tremendous amount of strength and great flexibility at the same time within few months of constant practice.

My USP is that I take my students very seriously, giving each and every student special attention, working on their weaknesses.

My approach is that I have developed a theme based program for each day like Forward Bends on Monday and Backbends on Tuesdays, etc for overall improvement in flexibility and strength together.
